Filtered Water Service

       The life and performance of the filter cartridges may vary, depending on the water volume usage, quality and pressure of the incoming water supply. The cartridges may need to be replaced every 6-12 months. In any case, the cartridges must not be used for longer than 12 months because of the health issue. For safe operation, the filter cartridge should be replaced every 6 to 12 months or earlier if you notice the following:-

         a) Low water pressure flow from the tap or
         b) A bad taste or odour in the water.

       We do not sell cheap, poor quality filters. We value customer satisfaction and a long term relationship. We only sell high quality filters for reasonable prices. We also log the service history for each installation and remind customers when filters are due for change.

    Below is basic information about different type of filters:-

• Carbon filter
  Remove the bad taste or smell and leave the fluoride required for strong healthy teeth.
  
• Reverse Osmosis System
  Remove fluoride or heavy metals such as copper, lead, aluminium, cadmium, mercury etc. If you are on low water mains pressure, says below 60 psi, Reverse Osmosis may not function properly without a booster pump.
